According to the project of designer Eva Korbakova, “Brass workshop” made of Russian-made brass facing barbecue frame, installation on the fireplace, console, coffee table with two elements, four brass cabinets, and strips of satin brass, breaking on the idea of the designer, the wall plane on fragments.

Barbecue frame (almost 4 meters high), welded from a steel corner. The frame is prefabricated, made of four fragments fastened together and lined with 22 satin brass sheets. The fastening points of the cladding are decorated with 750 brass hats imitating rivet heads. The design is framed by brass corners 25x25mm.

The constructive installation above the fireplace is also prefabricated. It consists of three fragments with a total height of 4 meters. By analogy with the previous design, the frame is welded from a steel corner and lined with 20 satin brass sheets. The places of fastening sheets and the framing of the installation repeat the style decision of the designer on the barbecue. The number of rivets – 500 pcs.

To satin 42 sheets of brass, it took 14 hours of polisher to work. But the most time-consuming process was the production of facing rivets. Rivets were machined individually on a lathe. For each such rivet, it took 3 minutes to make and another 5 minutes to manually satin. In total, it took 62.5 hours of turner work and almost 100 hours of polisher work to make 1250 rivets.

A coffee (coffee) table consists of two elements of different diameters and heights, mating with each other in space. The table is made of brass bar square section 22x22mm. Bending, welding, stripping, grinding. Surface finish – satin finish.

Brass cabinets and console are also made of brass bar with a cross section of 22×22 mm, satin finish.

In the manufacture of the coffee table, brass stands and console, argon welding was used. It is welding that allows you to get welds with the correct geometry and ultimate purity. This achieves high strength at the junction. When welding brass (an alloy of copper and zinc), the zinc that is part of the alloy begins to evaporate already at a temperature of +420 degrees Celsius and leads to the formation of pores at the junction. High professionalism of our employees provided perfect seams for the joints of all the brass furniture.
