According to the project of the designer Inna Levashova, our designers developed the design of decorative panels with a combination of a brass frame, a pattern, painted MDF and fasteners.
Panel sizes: 4370×1561 mm, 4370×800 mm and 4370×816 mm.
This design has passed the control assembly at the production site before installation. Due to the large size, the final assembly was carried out at the facility.
Difficulties arose when pairing painted MDF with metal. At the slightest shift in the pattern during assembly, there was a risk of damage to the paintwork.
The complexity of the project was the need for the cohesive work of several areas of production, namely the manufacture of a frame, MDF with a brass pattern, as well as the finish installation.
