And it is especially pleasant that brass decorative partitions, brass facings of door portals, elevator doors, a brass frame, mirrors of a brass workshop work well with furniture SOFTLINE, B&B Italia, Pedrali, LaCividina, Arper and lighting Z1Lighting, PAOLO CASTELLI.
From the Brass Workshop it was required not only the high-quality execution of the entire volume of architectural solutions, the short deadlines and installation work at night and on weekends became additional complexity. The business center functioned without any inconvenience.
A huge mirror in a brass frame 2.5×1.5 m is made without visible fasteners and joints. The brass joints were welded, trimmed, sanded and patinated. Thus, the whole frame looks as one.
For brass decorative partitions, 67 brass pipes were used. The pipes were sanded and covered with patina. According to the terms of the work, decorative brass partitions were attached only to the floor. The designers of the Brass Workshop thought out a decorative frame, which made it possible to give the necessary rigidity to the entire structure of the brass partition, 3.5 m high, together with a brass portal and a brass door.
For the first time, brass cladding was used for facing regular elevator doors. The height of the brass elevator doors is 2 m. With a width of 0.55 m. This work could only be carried out in the Brass Workshop. At the same time, the operation of all elevators at the same time could not be stopped even on weekends. Together with the general contractor and the owner of the business center, we developed a schedule for dismantling elevator doors, delivering these doors to the Brass Workshop, and facing the elevator doors in our workshop.
Brass portals of elevator doors and brass portals of openings in corridors with a height of 3 m and a width of 1.5 m are made with hidden fasteners and only one seam. Brass portals of elevator doors are decorated with decorative brass plates with floor indicators.
